Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty if the cancellation is made before the order has been prepared. Given the nature of our business, once your pizza has entered the preparation stage, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

The following conditions make your purchase eligible for a refund:

• If you receive an incorrect item and notify us within 2 hours of the delivery or pickup time.
• If your meal is below reasonable quality standards, and you provide a clear explanation and photographic evidence within 2 hours of the delivery or pickup time.

Please note that slight variations in appearance are not grounds for a refund as each pizza is handmade and unique.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including:

• Gift Cards
• Service charges

Process for Requesting Refunds or Exchanges

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the refund or exchange request.
3. Attach photographic evidence if the issue relates to the quality of the food.

We will evaluate your request and respond within 48 hours with approval or denial of the refund or exchange.

Refund Methods

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, and it is approved, the item(s) will be replaced as soon as possible, subject to availability.
